  • 1. Are the nutribites freshly prepared?
  • Yes, indeed! Monday, Wednesday and Friday are the three days of the week when we freshly prepare the nutribites. In case you place an order on a Friday after 13:00, your snack will be cooked in our kitchen on Monday’s slot.

  • 2. Are any artificial ingredients/flavors used?
  • No. We strictly avoid any artificial colors and flavors in our food preparations to ensure that the best quality of food is delivered at your doorstep. ‘Super premium ingredients’- that’s what we are known for.

  • 3. Do you use sugar as sweetener in your products?
  • No. We do not use refined sugar or sweetener in any of our nutribites. We stick to natural sweeteners like organic honey, jaggery and black dates. It’s just our cookies that contain a small portion of crystal sugar.

  • 4. Are there any specific nutribites for elderly people and pregnant women?
  • Yes, of course. We have nutribite for one and all starting from babies to elderly and pregnant women to those recovering from an illness.

  • 5. Are all the nutribites safe for all?
  • Yes. All our nutribites are safe and anyone can eat them as they are made from super rich ingredients. We recommend pregnant ladies to take their doctor’s advice, though.

  • 6. Do I need to keep the nutribites at room temperature or shall I have to refrigerate them?
  • You do not have to refrigerate our nutribites. You can just keep them at room temperature.

  • 7. Are these bites suggested / verified by a nutritionist?
  • Yes. All our products go to our nutritionist first. She does an evaluation of their nutritional value, and once she gives the green signal, we put up the product on our website

  • 8. When during the day should I eat these nutribites? Will I have to consume them immediately?
  • These are energy boosting nutribites and are best consumed at any time before late evening 9 PM. They are perfect as breakfast, pre-meal snacks, and evening bites.

  • 9. What is the shelf life of the nutribites?
  • As it has been prepared using ‘super premium ingredients’ and as there are no artificial colors/flavors added, the nutribites have a considerable shelf life. However, the taste may alter a little after 20-25 days of the manufacturing date.

  • 10. How healthy are these nutribites?
  • All nutribites are good for health and are made in a clean, hygienic kitchen. At the same time, we do not compromise on the taste. So, the end product is always a very tasty and healthy snack.



  • 1. Is there any minimum order criterion?
  • No. There are no such criteria.

  • 2. How long will it take for my order to get delivered? 2-3 days.
  • Normally, your snack will be at your doorstep in 2-3 days, once it is prepared. For example, if you place an order on Monday 10:00 a.m., we shall take it to our kitchen on the very same day as Monday, Wednesday and Friday are our kitchen days. Your order will thus be delivered on Thursday.

  • 3. Are there any eatNutri outlets? Can I pick my favorite snacks from any shop?
  • No. As of now, we have not enabled our brick-motor channel.

  • 4. How much are the delivery charges?
  • We provide free home/office delivery.

  • 5. Do you deliver in my area?
  • Currently we are delivering in following cities. However, we will expand our network to other cities very soon. The cities in which deliver are:

  • 1. Do you take orders on phone?
  • Yes we do. You can call us on +919904604333 to place an order. Customer is expected to credit the amount in our bank account, which is mentioned below. Once your payment is credited in our account, you will get a confirmation call from us.

  • 3. How can I cancel or modify my order?
  • Order cannot be cancelled online. Please call our customer service desk on +919904604333 if you wish to modify or cancel an order. Moreover, please check order status before you call us. Because in case the order is already being processed, it cannot be cancelled.

  • 4. I haven't received an SMS about order confirmation/cancellation, should I be worried?
  • No. We will be confirming your order trough your registered e-mail ID. You can check your e-mail for the same. In case there is any confusion or problem, please call us on +919904604333

  • 5. Which are the days (slots) when food is freshly prepared?
  • Monday: 13:00 onwards

    Wednesday: 13:00 onwards

    Friday: 13:00 onwards

  • 6. Can I add products after the cut off time for a slot?
  • Yes. You can add products to your already placed order but the delivery of the products would be made as per the food preparation slots mentioned above.

  • 7. What is in the box?
  • The box will contain the freshly prepared snack for which you placed an order. There will also be a leaflet consisting of information about our snacks.

  • 8. Do you have any subscription model through which I can get a specific product/products on a recurring basis?
  • Yes, We have 1 month, 3 month and 6 month subscription model for assorted box. Click here for more information about what you will get in box.
